As reported by a survey carried out to situate the population of Bamenda one, two and three perception and attitude towards Peace building and human rights in the context of the anglophone crisis, a data has been released by Charmers Media and Communication Consults CHAME CC, to over 30 individuals in the presence of the Delegate of women's empowerment for the North West Region, with the purpose of recommendations that can bring lasting peace to the region.   About 25 journalist have been shooled by Draufsicht Bamenda on fact-checking, investigating sources of information before sharing to the public.The training took place under the umbrella of Church Center Makon on 19 February 2020 with strict respect of Covid-19 measures. According to the facilitator, the community have placed their trust in Journalist for information and inorder for media practitioners to maintain that trust, they have to be sure of the information they put out. Do you often ever stop to think we have been told by people to change our appearances? how we have continuously been told “you need to lose weight, “You are too fat," you sweat that way because of your size," or "That belly fat isn’t good for you," sometimes without even knowing us and how hateful their comments are, and its impact on us?          Body shaming has moved from face-to-face to social media. Strange people behind their computers, laptops, or phones, dictating how people should look like. Social media, created as a medium for communication, trade, and socialization has been used as a tool to body shame people, especially young girls and women. Since it gives everyone the right to write how they feel, some have decided to make it toxic for others with their hateful comments on people's posts and private chats. The  Center for  Strategic Communication, Peacbuilding and sustainable Development joined other CSos in Bamenda over the weekend to celebrate the International Day of persons with Disability themed not Not all Disabilities are Visible.  Celebrated all over the world annually on the 3rd December 2020 This year's  Celebration took place  at the CBC field where person's with disability showcased various talents such as Craft, racing, football, Amputee amongst others.   Early life….. Born in 1955 in Fotabe,a locality in Manyu Division, South West region of Cameroon,  Prof . Enow Tanjong childhood days was spent in the village with his parents while schooling at one of the primary schools. Later in  1967, his older  sibling  Hon. Enow Tanjong  brought him out of the village  which gave him the opportunity  to pursue his secondary education in the Saint Joseph’s College SASSE.Upon making both the General Certificate of Education  ordinary Level  in 1972  and moved to CCAST Bambili where he had his Advanced Level in 1974.
